Indulging in exotic spa treatments frequently can get a bit heavy on your pocket. Duration also plays a key factor in this time-crunched lifestyle. Even a licensed masseuse claims to run a spa and charges exorbitant prices from you. Do not worry! Let us tell you about some spa therapies which you can try at home on a shoe-string budget.

Manicure
Getting a manicure done at a spa is no doubt a rejuvenating experience, though obnoxiously priced. But ignoring this therapy is simply unavoidable. So, why not learn to do it yourself.
Procedure- Wash your hands with lukewarm water. Get rid of your old nail polish. Exfoliate with scrub to remove the dead skin, rinse your hands and dry well. Further, file your nails to get the desired shape and length. Again, soak your hands in warm water before applying a cuticle oil. Use a soft tip cuticle pusher for the process. Apply moisturiser and top it up with your favourite nail paint.

Mix them well in water tub and add a few drops of your favourite essential oil scents. Vanilla and chamomile scents are popular ones. Soak yourself in the tub for as long as you feel. You will come out relaxed, sans your woes.
